TALENT OPERATIONS MANAGER
Nick Curtin is the Talent Operations Manager for Complete Building Services. In his current position he works with the executive leadership team to direct and execute upon the near-term and long-term talent goals. He is directly responsible for Talent Management strategy and execution including, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Talent Retention and Workforce Planning & Analytics.
Nick Began his career in Talent Management in 2011 as a Recruiter with Apollo Professional Solutions where he worked his way up to managing talent solutions for the Pratt & Whitney and Roche Diagnostic accounts. After 4 years, he left to support the talent acquisition efforts for three Accenture Federal Services' OCIO government contracts through one of their sub-contractors, the Clarus Group. In 2016, he took a senior position at the Midtown Group, leading and developing the Professional Services Recruiting team, while supporting talent solutions for the Non-Profit and Educational Technology communities.
