TALENT OPERATIONS MANAGER
Nick Curtin is our Talent Operations Manager for Complete Building Services. He joined in the summer of 2018, with direct responsibility for Talent Management strategy and execution including, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Talent Retention and Workforce Planning. He works with the operations and management teams to direct and execute near-term talent goals.
Prior to CBS, Nick began his career as a recruiter with Apollo Professional Solutions where he worked his way up to managing talent solutions for the Pratt & Whitney and Roche Diagnostics accounts. After 4 years, he would leave to support the talent acquisition efforts for three of Accenture Federal Services’ OCIO government contracts through one of their sub-contractors, the Clarus Group. In 2016, Nick would take a senior position at the Midtown Group, leading and developing the Professional Services Recruiting team, while supporting talent solutions for the Non-Profit and Educational Technology communities.
